Schneider Gets First Career Victory in Cleveland

Coleton Schneider of Salem Boxing Club got his first career victory this past Saturday night in Cleveland at the Battle of the Ballroom 25 held at the Slovenian National Ballroom.

With the crowd in favor of his opponent, Tony Bilic of Against the Ropes Boxing Club, Schneider was able to set the tone early landing some power shots.

Bilic, who was making his debut, showed a ton of heart and poise as Schneider kept applying pressure through the second and third rounds.

Schneider, who is trained by Ron Jackson and Bobby Plegge with help from Josh Collins was able to secure the decision in the 165 lb matchup and move his record to 1-2.

Congratulations to Coleton and to everyone at Salem Boxing Club for a job well done and representing the Mahoning Valley in Cleveland.
