Pittsburgh Area
- Pittsburgh lightweight Matt Conway announced on his social media that he will be back in action on December 1 in suburban Pittsburgh.

Conway, 23, whose record stands at a perfect 14-0 is slated to fight in Elizabeth, PA at the Court Time Sports Complex against an opponent to be named at a later date.

- Beaver Falls super middleweight Kiante Irving will be back in action this upcoming Saturday, October 20 as he will take on 25-year-old Columbus, OH native Brandon Clark on the Integrity Management promoted card at the Priory Grand Hall.

Irving, 24, who won the National Golden Gloves title earlier this year made his pro debut in September at Mountaineer Casino in Newell, WV scoring a first-round knockout of Vince Buckhalter of New Orleans, LA.

- Pittsburgh middleweight Gerald Sherrell is currently in the quarterfinals of The Contender which is currently airing on EPIX.

Sherrell, 25, is currently 9-0 and will be featured on the October 26 episode as he takes on 32-year-old Cleveland native Michael Moore.

Northeast Ohio
The Rodriguez brothers from Akron will be in action this upcoming Saturday, October 20 in Cincinnati at the Wyatt Arena as part of The Next Generation 2 Pro-Am show.

Middleweight Jose Rodriguez Jr., 24, is currently 5-0 while his brother, 23-year-old super lightweight David Rodriguez is 1-0. does not currently list the opponents for these matches but the bouts will be shown on pay-per-view for $14.99 by visiting

- Cleveland native Michael Moore will be featured on the October 26 episode of The Contender on EPIX.

Moore, 32, is currently in the quarterfinals of the made for television boxing contest consisting of middleweights and took on undefeated Pittsburgh native Gerald Sherrell for this upcoming episode.

- A pair of Cleveland natives will be fighting on the undercard of the Daniel Jacobs-Sergiy Derevyanchenko matchup next Saturday, October 27 in New York City.

Yuandale Evans, 29, will take on 28-year-old Puerto Rico native Alberto Machado (20-0) for the WBA super featherweight world title in the evening's co-feature.

Evans is currently 20-1 and will be entering the ring for the first time since defeating Luis Rosa in Cleveland on November 10, 2017.

Willie Nelson, 31, will take his 26-3-1 record into the ring earlier that evening as he will take on Patrick Day of Freeport, NY for the vacant IBF North American super middleweight title and the WBC Continental Americas super welterweight championship.

Day, 26, will bring a 15-2-1 record into the bout.

- Ryan Martin, 25, who calls Cleveland home after making the move from his native Chattanooga, TN will be in action in the biggest fight of his career as he will travel to Glasgow, Scotland to face undefeated Scottish prodigy Josh Taylor for the WBC Silver super lightweight title on November 11.

Martin will bring a perfect 22-0 record into the ring while the 27-year-old Taylor will bring a 13-0 record into action.

Though Taylor only has 13 bouts under his belt, the fighter who is known as "The Tartan Tornado" has already notched victories over Viktor Pasol, Winston Campos, Miguel Vazquez, and Ohara Davies.
